Convert OwnerRez Rate Checker page contents to WHPR Rates for Importing

Go to the Tools/Rate Checker page in OwnerRez, select the property, use a date range that's large enough to include all published rates, do not select a channel, then click Analyze Rates. Then use the browser to view the source code for the page and copy it into your clipboard for pasting below.

Paste the source code page contents into the text box below.
After submitting the form, the page will download a CSV file with the rates. You can then upload the rates into the WHPR Property Pricing page. Do NOT select the OwnerRez format for the upload, this file uses the default format. Remember to check the box for deleting all existing rates.
